I went through her postpartum training which met me where I was at (2nd c-section). When it was over, I still wanted to have someone help me with my exercise routine so I started her on-going, monthly schedule. It's customized and very efficient. It's all done remote but she's available if I need her. I'd recommend each of these practices regardless of where you live!”
